A hotfix has been deployed to address the issue preventing players from entering the game after a character reset (STARC-9440)
Upon first connection after this hotfix deployment, players previously stuck in a bad state may receive an Error: 16008. This should only occur on first login, subsequent logins should proceed without issue.
